摘要
以某企业综合回收有价金属项目工程设计为实例,介绍了处理铜浮渣、铅冰铜、氧化铅渣的“还原熔炼—氧化吹炼”生产工艺,并对冰铜吹炼炉出口的工艺烟气特性进行了分析,着重对其烟气净化除尘新工艺的设计、设备选型、生产运行状况、技改措施等进行了阐述和总结。
Take the engineering design of a comprehensive valuable metal recovery project of a certain enterprise as an example,this paper introduces the“reduction melting-oxidation blowing”production process for treating copper scum,lead matte and lead oxide slag.The characteristics of flue gas in matte bowing furnace are analyzed,and the design,equipment selection production operation condition and technical reform measure of the clean and dust removal process of flue gas are emphatically described and summarized.
