摘要
开展斗齿材料DC25CrNi2Mo成分优化研究,借助JMatPro软件进行热力学与动力学计算。结果显示,当合金成分取上限时,材料强度硬度最优。其中,B元素对合金性能影响小,Mo元素增加有助于细化铸态组织。通过分析确定回火中碳化物析出对合金机械性能的影响,得到合金目标成分值及热处理工艺。
This paper carries out research on composition optimization of the DC2SCrNi2Mo bucket teeth material by adopting the JMatPro software for thermodynamic and kinetic calculations.The results show that the material achieves optimal strength and hardness properties when alloy composition reaches the upper limit.Among the elements,B has minimal impact on alloy property,while Mo can enhance refinement of as-cast micro-structure.Through analysis,influence of carbide precipitation during tempering on the mechanical properties of the alloy is revealed,and the target composition value of the alloy and the heat treatment process are determined.
