光纤传感技术在湿度检测中的研究进展

Research progress of fiber optic sensing technology in humidity detection

摘要 湿度检测在农业、医学和建筑等领域具有重要的意义。传统的湿度传感器具有容易老化、灵敏度差等缺点。近年来,光纤湿度传感器随着广泛的研究而不断发展,其相对于传统的湿度传感器具有小型化、高灵敏度、快速响应、不受电磁干扰等显著的优势,因而得到了更广泛的应用。首先对不同种类干涉仪的工作原理进行描述,其次梳理了不同光纤之间的熔接以及添加湿敏材料制成干涉仪进行湿度检测,最后介绍了布里渊散射和瑞利散射检测湿度的最新进展,并做了分布式光纤传感技术进行湿度检测的展望。 Humidity detection have a great significance in fields such as agriculture,medicine,and architecture.Traditional humidity sensors have drawbacks such as easy aging and poor sensitivity.In recent years,fiber optic humidity sensors continue to develop with extensive research.Compared to traditional humidity sensors,they have significant advantages such as miniaturization,high sensitivity,fast response,and immunity to electromagnetic interference.Therefore,they have been widely used.First,the working principles of different types of interferometers was described,then the fusion between different optical fibers was sorted out and humidity sensitive materials were added to make interferometers for humidity detection.Finally,the latest progress in humidity detection by Brillouin scattering and Rayleigh scattering was introduced,and the prospect of distributed fiber optic sensing technology for humidity detection was presented.
