摘要
文章基于数字化转型的内涵阐释,分析了师范生信息化教学能力现状,提出构建多层次实践体系、强化教育理念引导、整合多元资源体系、重构教学设计机制等实施策略,以持续推进“教育+技术”的融合、实践创新与系统协同,筑牢师范生通往高质量教师之路的基石,为教育数字化发展注入持久而深厚的力量。
Based on the explanation of the connotation of digital transformation,this article analyzes the current situation of informationized teaching ability of normal university students,proposes implementation strategies of building a multi-layer practice system,strengthening the guidance of educational philosophy,integrating diverse resource systems,and reconstructing teaching design mechanism,in order to continuously promote the integration of education and technology,collaboration between practical innovation and system,and build a solid foundation for normal university students to become high-quality teachers,injecting lasting and profound strength into the digitalized development of education.
