摘要
本文总结1例肝豆状核变性(Wilson病)患者的护理经验。护理要点:入院后严格执行神经内科护理常规;系统实施跌倒、坠床及压疮风险评估与分级防控;在多学科协作框架下制定并督导肢体功能锻炼方案;动态监测患者心理状态,及时给予认知行为干预;通过吞咽功能筛查、体位管理、口腔护理等措施预防相关性肺炎和压疮;同时密切监测肝功能指标,落实营养支持与并发症预警。经综合干预,患者病情趋于平稳,顺利转入康复科行后续功能康复。
This paper summarizes the nursing process of a patient with Wilson's disease.The nursing key points include:performing general neurology nursing routines after admission;con⁃ducting risk assessments for falls,bed falls,and pressure ulcers;guiding patients in limb function exercises under the framework of multidisciplinary collaboration;monitoring psychological chang⁃es during treatment and carrying out cognitive-behavioral therapy;preventing related pneumonia and pressure injures by swallowing function screening,body position management,oral care and other interventions;monitoring liver function indicators and enhancing nutritional support and complication warning.After active treatment and nursing care,the patient's condition stabilized and was transferred to the rehabilitation department for continued rehabilitation therapy.
