摘要
护理实习是护理教育的重要环节,实习生的职业态度和学习效能直接影响其临床实践能力和未来职业发展。本研究就护理实习生职业态度与学习效能相关性的研究现状进行综述,分析护理实习生职业态度的内涵与构成、学习效能的概念与测量工具,以及两者之间的相互作用关系,并提出了基于研究结果的护理教育改进建议,以期为优化护理实习教育提供理论依据和实践指导。
Clinical nursing internship is a crucial component of nursing education,where in⁃terns'professional attitudes and learning efficacy influence their clinical competence and future ca⁃reer development.This article reviews current research on the correlation between nursing interns'occupational attitudes and learning efficacy.By analyzing relevant domestic and international liter⁃ature,it explores the definition and components of professional attitudes,the concept and mea⁃surement tools of learning efficacy,and the interactive relationship between them.Additionally,the paper analyzes factors influencing this relationship and proposes evidence-based recommenda⁃tions for improving nursing education,providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for nursing educators.
