摘要
目的探讨7E教学模式在急诊科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2023年1月—2024年2月在上海市宝山区中西医结合医院急诊科实习的护生,以小组为单位进行整群随机分组,分为对照组31名为及试验组29名。对照组采用传统教学模式;试验组采用7E教学模式。7E教学模式包含激发(Elicit)、参与(Engage)、探究(Explore)、解释(Explain)、精制(Elaborate)、评价(Evaluate)与延伸(Extend)7个教学环节,本研究在参与环节中融入以案例为基础的学习(CBL)及以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学法,在精制环节中采用了情景模拟的教学方法。对比两组护生出科考核成绩,评价护生自主学习能力。结果试验组护生出科总成绩和操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实习后,试验组护生自主学习能力及合作学习条目得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论7E教学模式能够提升护生临床实践及自主学习能力。
Objective To evaluate the application of 7E model in the clinical teaching of emergency nursing.Methods A convenience sample of nursing students who participated in in⁃ternship in the Department of Emergency Medicine between Jan 2023 and Feb 2024 were recruit⁃ed,and were divided into control group(n=31)and study group(n=29)by using cluster random⁃ization.Routine teaching methods were adopted in the control group,while 7E strategies were used in clinical teaching in the study group.7E model contains 7 teaching links,namely Elicit,Engage,Explore,Explain,Elaborate,Evaluate and Extend.Case-based learning and problembased learning was incorporated into the Engage link,and scenario simulation was adopted in the Elaborate link.The assessment outcomes and nursing student independent learning ability were compared between groups.Results The total score of internship examination and clinical opera⁃tion subscale in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total score of independent learning ability scale and cooperative learning subscale in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 7E model is effective to im⁃prove nursing students’clinical practice skills and independent learning ability.
