摘要
本文总结1例基于“治痿独取阳明”理论应用雷火灸联合阶梯式面部训练治疗面神经炎患者的护理经验。患者入院完成护理评估,基于中医辨证,急性期采用雷火灸循经温通,恢复期引入阶梯式面肌功能训练,并辅以情志、饮食及并发症预防护理。经干预,患者面部活动障碍明显缓解,口角歪斜减轻。
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of treating a case of Koupi(facial paralysis)with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)-characteristic therapy combined with step⁃wise facial muscles training based on the theory of Treating Flaccidity Only Taking Yangming Me⁃ridians.Nurses had comprehensively assessed the potential risks in nursing of the patient.Based on the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation,the thunder-fire moxibustion along meridians was adopted at acute attack phase,and a stepwise facial muscles training was conducted at convales⁃cence.Integrative nursing interventions based on the theory of Treating Flaccidity Only Taking Yangming Meridians helps to relieve the facial movement disorder and other symptoms caused by facial neuritis.
