摘要
目的了解乳腺微创旋切术患者健康科普需求现状并分析影响因素,为乳腺微创旋切术患者开展健康科普工作提供有效参考。方法于2024年7月—10月,采用便利抽样方法,选取在湖南省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院行乳腺微创旋切术的298例乳腺肿物患者作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、课题组自行设计的乳腺微创旋切术患者健康科普需求调查问卷进行调查,分析影响因素。结果乳腺微创旋切术患者的健康科普需求均分为(50.19±11.75)分,处于中等需求水平。乳腺微创旋切术患者获得健康科普知识的渠道主要为网络媒体、与熟人交流,希望获得健康科普宣传形式主要是健康咨询讲座、图文展览资料,更希望获得专业权威、通俗易懂的科普作品。多元线性回归结果显示,家庭人均月收入是影响乳腺微创旋切术患者健康科普需求的关键因素(P<0.05)。结论乳腺微创旋切术患者的健康科普工作需进一步加强,针对乳腺微创旋切术患者的健康科普形式有待进一步丰富,对于经济水平高低而健康科普需求不同的患者,给其进行的健康科普内容应具有差异化。
Objective To understand the current situation of health science popularization needs of patients undergoing minimally invasive rotary mastectomy for breast masses,and analyze related influencing factors,in order to provide an effective reference for the development of health science popularization for patients undergoing minimally invasive rotary mastectomy.Methods From July to October 2024,298 patients with breast masses who underwent minimally invasive rotary mastectomy in a tertiary-level A-class specialized oncology hospital in Hunan Province were selected as the study subjects by using convenience sampling method.A general information questionnaire,a questionnaire designed by the group itself on the health science needs of patients with minimally invasive rotary mastectomy were used for the survey,and related influencing factors were analyzed.Results The mean score of health science need of patients was(50.19±11.75),which was at medium level of need.The channels through which minimally invasive rotary mastectomy patients obtain health science knowledge were mainly online media and communication with acquaintances,and the forms of health science publicity they wish to obtain were mainly health consultation lectures and graphic exhibition materials,and they were more interested in obtaining professional,authoritative and easy-to-understand science works.The results of multivariate linear regression showed that per capita monthly household income was a key factor influencing the demand for health science among patients undergoing min⁃imally invasive rotational mastectomy(P<0.05).Conclusion The health science popularization of patients undergoing minimally invasive rotary mastectomy needs to be further strengthened,the form of health science popularization needs to be further enriched,and the content of health science popularization for patients with different economic levels and different needs for health science popularization should be differentiated.
