摘要
以紫苏为试材,设置不施肥(CK)、单独施加超高温菌好氧发酵畜禽粪便转化的有机肥(T1)、单独施加人类尿液转化的磷酸铵镁缓释肥(T2)、超高温菌好氧发酵畜禽粪有机肥+人类尿液转化的磷酸铵镁缓释肥(T3),探究有机无机肥配施对紫苏生长指标、土壤养分及土壤微生物群落的影响,以期为农业废弃物转化肥料在农业种植中的应用提供参考依据。结果表明:T2处理对紫苏生长指标的促进效果最好,但干鲜比较低。T1和T3处理能有效提升土壤铵态氮、速效钾及有机质,同时,拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、粘菌门(Myxomycota)下降以及糖多孢菌属(Saccharopolyspora)的升高表明施加有机肥后土壤质量较好,有利于稳定土壤中有益微生物的群落结构,减少植物病害的发生。T3处理未分类的糖单胞菌目(norank_o_Saccharimonadales)是其他处理的8倍,说明有机无机肥配施能显著提高特定有益菌群的相对丰度,这些微生物在土壤碳循环和养分转化过程中扮演着重要角色,有利于提高土壤的肥力,改善土壤质量和生物活性。
Taking Perilla as the test material,the following treatments were established,no fertilization(CK),sole application of organic fertilizer converted from livestock and poultry manure through ultra-high temperature aerobic fermentation(T1),sole application of slow-release fertilizer magnesium ammonium phosphate converted from human urine(T2),and a combination of organic fertilizer from livestock and poultry manure and slow-release fertilizer magnesium ammonium phosphate converted from human urine(T3).The effects of combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers on Perilla growth indicators,soil nutrients,and soil microbial community were explored,in order to provide reference for the application of agricultural waste conversion fertilizers in agricultural planting.The results showed that the T2 treatment had the best promotional effect on Perilla growth indicators,but the dry-to-fresh weight ratio was relatively low.Treatments T1 and T3 effectively increased soil ammonium nitrogen,available potassium,and organic matter content.Meanwhile,the decrease in Bacteroidetes,Acidobacteria,and Myxomycota,along with the increase in Saccharopolyspora,indicated improved soil quality after the application of organic fertilizer,which was beneficial for stabilizing the community structure of beneficial microorganisms in the soil and reducing the incidence of plant diseases.The T3 treatment showed an eight times increase in norank_o_Saccharimonadales compared to other treatments,indicated that the combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers could significantly enhance the relative abundance of specific beneficial microbial populations.These microorganisms play a significant role in soil carbon cycling and nutrient transformation,which is conducive to improving soil fertility,soil quality,and biological activity.
