河西走廊‘早黑宝’葡萄设施栽培土壤营养状况与品质探究

Exploration of Soil Nutritional Status and Quality in Facility Cultivation of‘Early Black Treasure’Grapes in the Hexi Corridor

摘要 以河西走廊地区设施条件下不同种植园的四年生‘早黑宝’葡萄为试材,通过对设施葡萄园土壤、果实及叶片进行相关指标进行测定分析,研究了设施栽培条件对葡萄园土壤养分状况以及果实品质所产生的影响,以期为河西走廊设施葡萄生产提供参考依据。结果表明:设施葡萄园土壤pH处于7.94~8.12,整体呈偏碱性。就土壤养分含量而言,土壤中的有机质、水解氮、全磷以及全钾等指标均维持在中等水平;土壤有效铁、有效锌、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)等元素的含量处于中等偏上水平。在针对果园果实品质的综合评估中,A5号果园凭借其出色的表现,获得了综合得分最高。综上可知,在河西走廊的设施栽培环境下,推行省工省力化的栽培管理模式势在必行。同时,应高度重视土壤养分的均衡调控,积极推广测土配方施肥技术,加大有机肥与菌肥的施用力度,以此实现设施葡萄可持续、高效生产。 Taking four-year-old‘Zaoheibao’grapes from different plantations under facility conditions in the Hexi Corridor region as experimental materials,the effects of facility cultivation conditions on soil nutrient status and fruit quality of vineyards were studied by measuring and analyzing relevant indicators of soil,fruit,and leaves in the facility vineyards,in order to provide reference for facility grape production in the Hexi Corridor.The results showed that the pH of the soil in the facility vineyard was between 7.94-8.12,and overall it was slightly alkaline.In terms of soil nutrient content,indicators such as organic matter,hydrolyzed nitrogen,total phosphorus,and total potassium in the soil were maintained at a moderate level.The content of available iron,available zinc,Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+)and other elements in the soil was at a medium to high level.In the comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality in the orchard,Orchard A5 achieved the highest overall score due to its outstanding performance.In conclusion,it was imperative to implement a labor-saving cultivation management model in the facility cultivation environment of the Hexi Corridor.At the same time,it should attach great importance to the balanced regulation of soil nutrients,actively promote soil testing and formula fertilization technology,increase the application of organic and bacterial fertilizers,in order to achieve sustainable and efficient production of facility grapes.
