摘要
以6种生态型两色金鸡菊为试材,采用常规生物学方法,对其生长指标、花期花色表型及不同阶段的总黄酮、总花青素、总类胡萝卜素、叶绿素、花色素含量及变化差异进行了分析,以期为丰富金鸡菊属种质资源多样性及两色金鸡菊新品种选育提供参考依据。结果表明:1)6种两色金鸡菊(‘JS’‘LS’‘MS’‘x-JS’‘x-LS’‘x-MS’)株高、茎粗、分枝数呈先上升后趋于平稳趋势,其中‘LS’在5个阶段的株高、茎粗、分枝数表现最突出;‘LS’和‘JS’的花蕾和花序鲜质量、花径长、地上部或地下部鲜质量表现较好。2)6种两色金鸡菊主要分为红色、黄色、橘黄色3个系别,其中‘MS’花瓣的a*值最大,为27.44;‘x-LS’花瓣的L*值、b*值最大,分别为89.64、56.27;3)‘JS’‘LS’‘MS’‘x-JS’‘x-LS’‘x-MS’的总黄酮和总花青素是花期时段中主要积累的色素,且在S3阶段(盛花期)积累量最大。‘MS’和‘LS’在S3阶段总黄酮含量、总花青素含量较高,分别为128.56、108.11、97.08 mg·g^(-1)和84.61 mg·g^(-1)。总黄酮含量、总花青素含量与植株鲜质量累积存在显著相关性(P<0.01)。
Six ecotypes kinds of Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt.(C.tinctoria)were used as the test materials,the growth indexes,the total flavonoids,total anthocyanin,total carotenoid and chlorophyll were analyzed by conventional biological methods,in order to provide a reference for enriching the germplasm resource diversity of the Coreopsis genus and breeding new varieties of C.tinctoria.The results showed that,1)The plant height,stem diameter,and branch number of the six C.tinctoria ecotypes(‘JS’‘LS’‘MS’‘x-JS’‘x-LS’‘x-MS’)initially increased and then stabilized.Among them,‘LS’exhibited the most prominent performance in plant height,stem diameter,and branch number across all five stages.‘LS’and‘JS’demonstrated superior performance in fresh weight of flower buds and inflorescences,flower diameter length,and aboveground or underground fresh weight.2)The six ecotypes of C.tinctoria were primarily classified into three color series,red,yellow,and orange.‘MS’petals had the highest a*value(27.44),while‘x-LS’petals had the highest L*value(89.64)and b*value(56.27).3)Total flavonoids and total anthocyanins were the primary pigments accumulated during the flowering period in‘JS’‘LS’‘MS’‘x-JS’‘x-LS’and‘x-MS’,with the maximum accumulation occurring at the S3 stage(full flowering stage).‘MS’and‘LS’exhibited higher total flavonoids content(128.56 mg·g^(-1) and 108.11 mg·g^(-1),respectively)and total anthocyanins content(97.08 mg·g^(-1) and 84.61 mg·g^(-1),respectively)at the S3 stage.Significant correlations(P<0.01)were found between the contents of total flavonoids,total anthocyanins and the accumulation of plant fresh weight.
