摘要
打浆度是衡量纸浆品质的重要指标,其准确测量对于保障纸张成型质量与优化工艺控制至关重要。传统打浆度测量依赖实验室人工检测,存在响应延迟、实时性差等问题。基于此,提出一种基于物联网(IoT)架构的打浆度软测量与边缘控制方法,通过采集打浆机运行参数(如电流、压力、浆料浓度等),构建打浆度预测模型,部署于边缘计算节点,实现实时估测与控制调节。该方法可显著提升打浆过程的自动化与智能化水平。经现场实验验证,系统在稳定性、精度与节能效果方面表现良好,具有良好的工程适应性与较高的推广价值。
The degree of pulping is an important indicator for measuring the quality of pulp.Its accurate measurement is crucial for ensuring the quality of paper forming and optimizing process control.The traditional measurement of pulping degree relies on manual detection in the laboratory,which has problems such as response delay and poor real-time performance.This paper proposes a soft measurement and edge control method for pulping degree based on the Internet of Things(IoT)architecture.By collecting the operating parameters of the pulping machine(such as current,pressure,slurry concentration,etc.),a pulping degree prediction model is constructed and deployed at the edge computing node to achieve real-time estimation and control adjustment.This method can significantly enhance the automation and intelligence level of the pulping process.Field experiments have verified that the system performs well in terms of stability,accuracy and energy-saving effect,and has good engineering adaptability and promotion value.
