摘要
输血是严重创伤大出血患者不可替代的治疗手段之一。为进一步提高严重创伤患者紧急救治时的血液保障能力和救治疗效,降低输血延迟带来的死亡风险,中华医学会临床输血学分会、中华医学会创伤学分会创伤急救与多发伤学组和中华医学会灾难医学分会青年学组制定了《严重创伤患者紧急救治血液保障模式与输血策略中国专家共识(2024版)》。本文将围绕该共识的应用场景、严重创伤患者院前和院内紧急救治阶段的通用型血液保障和输注适应证以及大量输血策略等进行解读,以使临床同道更好理解共识,为严重创伤患者急救输血实践提供参考。
Blood transfusion is an indispensable treatment in majoRbleeding following severe trauma.In ordeRto furtheRimprove the capabilities of blood supply and treatment efficiency for emergency rescue of severe trauma patients,and to reduce the risk of death due to transfusion delay,several associations combinedly organized the Chinese expert consensus on blood support mode and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma patients(version 2024).This papeRaims to interpret this consensus from the application scenarios,universal blood type and infusion indications for pre-and in-hospital emergency care of severe trauma patients,as well as massive transfusion strategies,so as to facilitate the understanding and betteRguide the clinical practice.
