摘要
脱发是一种常见的皮肤疾病,其分类多样,包括雄激素性脱发、斑秃以及休止期脱发等。每种脱发类型都具有其独特的临床表现,通常表现为毛发异常或过度脱落,进而导致头部毛发稀疏甚至头皮完全暴露。目前治疗脱发的药物选择相对有限,而外用米诺地尔在临床上被广泛应用于各种脱发疾病,近年的研究更揭示了口服小剂量米诺地尔在治疗脱发疾病方面的潜在价值。现对米诺地尔在治疗脱发疾病中的作用机制以及外用或口服米诺地尔治疗不同脱发疾病的疗效、安全性和相关影响因素进行综述。
Alopecia is a common skin disorder with various classifications,such as androgenetic alopecia,alopecia areata and telogen effluvium.Each type presents its unique clinical manifestation,typically characterized by abnormal hair loss or excessive shedding,leading to hair thinning or complete scalp exposure.Currently,treatment options for alopecia are relatively limited,with topical minoxidil widely used in clinical practice for various types of hair loss.Recent studies have also highlighted the potential value of low-dose oral minoxidil in treating alopecia.This review summarizes the mechanisms of minoxidil in treating alopecia,as well as the efficacy,safety,and relevant factors of topical or oral minoxidil.
