摘要
提振消费是今年政府工作的首要任务,为服务型制造企业增加优质供给,释放多样化、差异化消费潜力提出了明确的发展方向。从促进消费增长的机制来看,服务型制造可以精准把握市场变化,满足日益增长的小众化、个性化的消费需求;可以创新服务模式、培养消费者习惯;还可以为消费者提供以消费者为中心的一体化“产品+服务”的整体解决方案,在产品功能之外满足消费者的体验价值、情绪价值。目前,服务型制造企业仍存在难以理解服务型消费内涵,服务环节低质化、同质化严重,难以挖掘消费者真实需求,柔性生产能力不高等问题。应持续推动制造业企业数字化、服务化转型,创新消费模式和消费场景,鼓励企业创新开发订阅模式、共享经济等新业态,打造虚实融合的消费场景,提升消费者的体验感、便利度。
Boosting consumption is the top priority of this year's government work,setting a clear development direction for service-oriented manufacturing enterprises to enhance high-quality supply and unleash diversified,differentiated consumption potential.From the perspective of mechanisms driving consumption growth,service-oriented manufacturing can accurately grasp market changes and meet the increasing demand for niche and personalized consumption.It can innovate service models and cultivate consumer habits,while also providing consumer-centric integrated"product+service"solutions that satisfy consumers'experiential and emotional value beyond product functionality.Currently,service-oriented manufacturing enterprises still face challenges such as difficulty in understanding the essence of service-based consumption,low-quality and homogenized service offerings,struggles in uncovering genuine consumer demands,and insufficient flexible production capabilities.It is essential to continuously promote the digital and service-oriented transformation of manufacturing enterprises,innovate consumption models and scenarios,encourage businesses to develop new formats like subscription models and the sharing economy,and create blended virtual-physical consumption scenarios to enhance consumers'experience and convenience.
