摘要
为了精确预估燃气轮机燃烧室的污染物排放,开发了一款完整的燃气轮机污染物快速预估软件,在不同的燃烧室压力、燃烧室温度和燃气轮机运行工况下,采用预估软件对富油-掺混-贫油燃烧室、扩散火焰燃烧室和贫油预混火焰燃烧室的NO_(x)排放量进行预估计算,并与经验公式和部分M701试验数据进行对比分析,结果表明:该预估软件的计算误差合理,可靠性强,可以为用户带来便利。
In order to accurately estimate pollutant emissions from gas turbine combustor,a complete gas turbine pollutant rapid prediction software was developed.Under different combustor pressure,combustor temperature and gas turbine operating conditions,the NO_(x) emissions from oil-rich,mixing-poor oil combustor,diffusion flame combustor and lean oil premixed flame combustor were estimated using the prediction software.Compared with the empirical formula and part of the M701 test data,the results show that the calculation error of the software is reasonable,the reliability is strong,and it can bring convenience to users.
