摘要
核桃是重要的经济林树种,在我国广泛种植,分析全产业链发展现状及价值提升可为核桃产业高质量发展提供重要支撑。文中基于实地调研、问卷调查、企业走访、文献查阅、比较分析等方法,总结分析山西省汾阳市核桃产业发展现状及存在问题,从全产业链价值提升角度为我国县域核桃产业高质量发展提供启示和参考,主要提出3点建议:1)产业链上游提升良种栽培,全面实施品种改良项目,逐步实现优质化、高产化和规模化;2)中游延伸产品加工链条,扶持核桃壳等加工产品开发、加强核桃油加工设备改造以及核桃肽等深加工产品的开发;3)下游加强品牌化和多元化,打造“数字+品牌”综合营销模式,助力品牌赋能与产品多元化营销。
Walnut is a key crop tree species widely cultivated in China.The analysis of the current whole chain development of walnut industry and its value enhancement will provide significant support for its high-quality development.The paper uses the methods such as field investigation,questionnaire survey,enterprise visits,literature review,and comparative analysis to analyze the current development state of the walnut industry and existing problems in Fenyang City,Shanxi Province,and proposes enlightenment and references for promoting the high-quality walnut industry development at the county level from the perspective of enhancing the whole industry chain value.Three recommendations are provided:1)Increasing the use of excellent varieties in the upstream industry chain by completely implementing variety improvement projects so as to scale up the cultivation of high-yield walnut varieties;2)Extending the processing chain in the middle industry chain by supporting the development of walnut shell based products,boosting the improvement of walnut oil processing equipment and promoting the deep processing such as walnut peptides;and 3)Facilitating the brands and product diversification in the downstream supply chain to create the integrated marketing mode of“digital+brand”so as to increase the brand visibility and diversified product marketing.
