摘要
目的目的观察个体化综合疗法治疗间质性肺疾病(interstitial lung disease,ILD)(肺痹-邪微痹缓期)的临床疗效。方法方法选取长春中医药大学附属医院收治的200例ILD(肺痹-邪微痹缓期)患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组100例。对照组口服百令胶囊治疗;治疗组采用个体化综合疗法,包括口服中药汤剂、针灸、肺病脏腑推拿、有氧运动训练、体外反搏治疗及八段锦养气功训练。两组治疗周期均为1个月。比较两组治疗前后的症状评分、肺功能指标、6 min步行距离(6 minute walk distance,6MWD)、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(COPD assessment test,CAT)评分及血氧饱和度(saturation of peripheral oxygen,SpO2)的变化。结果结果治疗组总有效率为92%(92/100),高于对照组的78%(78/100)(P<0.05)。治疗组在症状评分、肺功能改善、6MWD、CAT评分及SpO2方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结论个体化综合疗法治疗ILD(肺痹-邪微痹缓期)效果显著,是一种行之有效的治疗手段,具有重要临床价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of individualized comprehensive therapy in the treatment of interstitial lung disease(ILD)(pulmonary obstruction with mild obstruction).Methods 200 patients with interstitial lung disease(ILD)treated at Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 100 patients in each group.The control group took orally Bailing capsules.The treatment group was an individualized comprehensive treatment group,namely oral Chinese medicine decoction,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,lung disease viscera massage treatment,aerobic exercise training,external counterpulsation treatment,and Yangqigong Baduanjin training.Both treatment cycles are one month.Observe changes in symptom scores,pulmonary function tests,6-minute walking distance test(6MWT),COPD assessment test(CAT)scores,and saturation of peripheral oxygen(SpO2).Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92%(92/100),which was higher than the control group's 78%(78/100)(P<0.05).The treatment group showed significantly higher symptom scores,lung function tests,6MWT test,CAT scores,and SpO2 compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized comprehensive therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of ILD(Pulmonary Bi Xie Micro Bi Delay),and is an effective treatment method with an undeniable role.
