摘要
目的分析中学生心理韧性与童年创伤和非自杀性自伤(NSSI)的关系。方法采用方便抽样法对我国西部某市3所中学的学生进行问卷调查,包括人口学资料、童年期创伤问卷(CTQ)、青少年自我伤害问卷及青少年心理韧性量表(RSCA)评分。采用Spearman相关性分析探讨童年创伤、心理韧性与NSSI间的相关性;分析心理韧性在童年创伤与NSSI间的调节效应。结果共发放问卷3750份,回收有效问卷3442份,问卷有效回收率为91.79%。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,CTQ得分与NSSI得分呈正相关,与RSCA得分呈负相关,RSCA得分与NSSI得分呈负相关(P<0.01)。在低心理韧性水平时,童年创伤对NSSI有显著的正向预测作用。结论降低中学生童年创伤水平、提高心理韧性水平,均有助于减少中学生NSSI的发生。
Objective To analyze the relationship between psychological resilience and childhood trauma and non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)in middle school students.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among students from three middle schools in a city in western China by convenient sampling method,including demographic data,Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ),Adolescent Self-injury Questionnaire and Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent(RSCA)scores.Spearman correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between childhood trauma,psychological resilience and NSSI;the moderating effect of psychological resilience between childhood trauma and NSSI was analyzed.Results A total of 3750 questionnaires were distributed and 3442 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 91.79%.Spearman correlation analysis results showed that CTQ score was positively correlated with NSSI score and negatively correlated with RSCA score,and RSCA score was negatively correlated with NSSI score(P<0.01).At low level of psychological resilience,childhood trauma has a significant positive predictive effect on NSSI.Conclusion Reducing the level of childhood trauma and improving the level of psychological resilience of middle school students are helpful to reduce the occurrence of NSSI in middle school students.
