摘要
钡作为一种常见的环境化学物,用途广泛、暴露途径多样,对人体健康构成潜在威胁。尤其是孕期钡暴露,已被发现可对母婴健康产生不利影响,成为公共卫生领域关注的重点问题之一。本文通过回顾现有研究成果,综合分析了钡暴露的来源、孕期钡暴露与妊娠并发症和不良妊娠结局的关系、对儿童出生结局和生长发育的影响及背后可能的生物学机制,旨在为制定行之有效的公共卫生策略提供理论支持和参考依据,以减少钡暴露对母婴健康的危害。
As a common environmental chemical with a wide range of uses and diverse exposure pathways,barium poses potential threats to human health.Exposure to barium during pregnancy,in particular,has been found to have adverse effects on maternal and infant health and has become a major public health concern.Based on existing research findings,this article provides a comprehensive analysis of the sources of barium exposure,the association between gestational barium exposure and pregnancy complications or adverse pregnancy outcomes,its impact on birth outcomes and growth and development among children,and the possible biological mechanisms.The aim is to provide theoretical support and references needed to formulate effective public health strategies that mitigate the harm caused by barium exposure to maternal and infant health.
