摘要
糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)是糖尿病常见且严重的微血管并发症之一,已成为全球终末期肾脏疾病的主要因素,当前世界范围内DKD患病人数占世界人口总数的8%~10%,预计2035年可增至5.92亿,我国DKD的发病率也在逐渐升高。由于DKD发病机制复杂,给临床治疗也增添不少难题。P53作为一种重要的肿瘤抑制基因,已证实在糖尿病肾病的发生发展中发挥着重要作用。近年来,越来越多的研究聚焦于中药通过调控P53来治疗糖尿病肾病,取得了显著的成果。通过系统梳理和总结这一领域的最新研究进展,为糖尿病肾病的治疗提供新的思路和策略。
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the common and serious microvascular complications of diabetes and has become a major factor in end-stage kidney disease worldwide.Currently,the number of DKD patients accounts for 8%to 10%of the world's total population,and it is expected to increase to 592 million by 2035.The incidence of DKD in China is also gradually increasing.Due to the complex pathogenesis of DKD,it has added many challenges to clinical treatment.P53,as an important tumor suppressor gene,has been confirmed to play a significant role in the occurrence and development of diabetic kidney disease.In recent years,an increasing number of studies have focused on the treatment of diabetic kidney disease by regulating P53 with traditional Chinese medicine,achieving remarkable results.This paper aims to systematically sort out and summarize the latest research progress in this field,providing new ideas and strategies for the treatment of diabetic kidney disease.
