摘要
目的观察赵继福教授生脉散加味治疗冠心病(气阴两虚夹瘀证)的临床效果。方法选取2024年1月至2024年12月本院收治的80例冠心病患者,各40例。用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用生脉散加味治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医证候疗效、硝酸甘油停减率、SAQ评分、心绞痛疗效、心电图等指标。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组中医证候疗效、硝酸甘油停减率升高,心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效好转,SAQ评分提高(P<0.05)。结论生脉散加味延缓动脉粥样硬化进程,能够显著改善中医证候,缓解心绞痛的症状。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Professor Zhao Jifu’s modified Shengmai Powder in the treatment of coronary heart disease(syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis).Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected,with 40 cases in each group.Participants were randomly assigned to either the control or treatment group using a random number table.The control group was treated with Western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with modified Shengmai Powder on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,the rate of nitroglycerin withdrawal and reduction,SAQ score,the therapeutic effect of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram and other indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,the rate of nitroglycerin cessation and reduction in the treatment group increased,the therapeutic effects of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram improved,and the SAQ score increased(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Shengmai Powder delays the progression of atherosclerosis and can significantly improve TCM syndromes and alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris.
