摘要
目的探讨对献血者予以血管穿刺前综合评估对不良反应的预防效果。方法纳入福建省血液中心五四北泰禾献血点2024年1月至2024年12月106名无偿献血者,以随机数字表法分组,对照组(53名)予以常规管理,观察组(53名)基于对照组予以血管穿刺前综合评估,观察两组干预效果。结果观察组一次穿刺成功率、不良反应发生率和献血心理感受评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对献血者予以血管穿刺前综合评估效果显著,不仅可使一次穿刺成功率得到大幅度提高,同时对预防不良反应发生具有积极意义,有效性、安全性较高。
Objective To explore the preventive effect of comprehensive evaluation before blood vessel puncture on adverse reactions in blood donors.Methods A total of 106 unpaid blood donors from the 54 North Taihe Blood Donation Site of Fujian Blood Center from January 2024 to December 2024 were included and divided by random number table method.The control group(53 cases)received routine management,and the observation group(53 cases)received comprehensive evaluation before vascular puncture based on the control group,and the intervention effects of the two groups were observed.Results The success rate of one puncture,the incidence of adverse reactions and the psychological feeling score of blood donation in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The comprehensive evaluation of blood vessel puncture before blood donors is effective,which can not only greatly improve the success rate of one puncture,but also has positive significance in preventing adverse reactions,with high effectiveness and safety.
