胶合木梁柱节点自复位阻尼器恢复力模型研究

摘要 为控制胶合木梁柱节点的震后损伤,提升其可恢复性,提出了一种基于自复位阻尼器的梁柱节点构造形式,开发了一种具有拉压双向可调节参数的恢复力模型SCHyst。该本构模型通过分段函数定义骨架曲线,引入指数型平滑函数,实现了不同刚度段之间的平滑过渡,提高了结构分析中的数值稳定性。通过对不同弹簧预压变形量及摩擦面处理方式的自复位滑移摩擦阻尼器试件进行往复加载试验,分析了阻尼器试件的滞回特性与耗能机制。基于SCHyst恢复力模型对阻尼器滞回行为进行模拟。结果表明,所提出的SCHyst恢复力模型能够有效捕捉阻尼器在拉压双向的非对称力学行为,模拟结果与试验数据吻合良好,验证了模型的适用性。输入参数包括力学参数以及形状参数,其中力学参数具有明确的物理意义,可通过试验或精细有限元结果确定,形状参数可通过优化算法或图形相似性确定,适用于不同自复位阻尼器的滞回行为模拟,SCHyst恢复力模型可为自复位阻尼器的设计与工程应用提供了高效的理论支撑与模拟手段。 In order to control the post-earthquake damage of glued laminated timber beam-column joints and improve their resilience,a structural form of beam-column joints based on self-centering dampers was proposed,and a restoring force model SCHyst with bidirectional adjustable parameters of tension and compression was developed.In this constitutive model,the skeleton curve was defined by piecewise function,and the exponential smoothing function was introduced to realize the smooth transition between different stiffness segments,which improves the numerical stability in structural analysis.Through the reciprocating loading test of self-centering slip friction damper specimens with different spring preloading deformation and friction surface treatment methods,the hysteretic characteristics and energy dissipation mechanism of damper specimens were analyzed.Based on the SCHyst restoring force model,the hysteretic behavior of the damper was simulated.The results show that the proposed SCHyst restoring force model can effectively capture the asymmetric mechanical behavior of the damper in both tension and compression directions.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data,which verifies the applicability of the model.The input parameters include mechanical parameters and shape parameters.The mechanical parameters have clear physical meaning,which can be determined by experiments or fine finite element results.The shape parameters can be determined by optimization algorithm or graphic similarity,which is suitable for the simulation of hysteretic behavior of different self-centering dampers.The SCHyst restoring force model provides an efficient theoretical support and simulation method for the design and engineering application of self-centering dampers.
