配电改造工程规模扩张,新型电力系统加速建设,传统物资管理模式受流程碎片化、数据孤岛影响,难以满足实际需求。文章探究信息系统优化路径,构建全流程数字化架构,整合需求预测、供应链协同功能,借数据驱动与技术赋能完成流程改造。系统优化后能提升管理效率与可靠性,推动配电改造走向精益化,助力电网迈入智能化阶段。
With the expansion of power distribution network upgrades and accelerated development of next-generation power systems,traditional material management models are struggling to meet evolving demands due to fragmented workflows and data silos.The study explores information system optimization strategies by establishing a full-process digital framework that integrates demand forecasting and supply chain coordination.Through data-driven technological empowerment,the proposed system optimization enhances operational efficiency and reliability,driving distribution network upgrades toward lean management practices while propelling power grids into an intelligent era.
