摘要
目的:探析牙周内窥镜辅助龈下刮治和根面平整术(SRP)治疗牙周炎的效果与价值。方法:纳入2023年6月~2024年5月本院收治62例牙周炎患者作为观察对象,对其进行奇偶排序,奇数31例归入对照组予以单纯SRP治疗,偶数31例归入观察组开展牙周内窥镜辅助SRP治疗,比较两组牙周指标、牙石残留率、恐惧程度、口腔健康方面生活质量。结果:治疗6周后,与对照组相比,观察组菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、临床附着丧失、探诊出血指数均更低(P<0.05);观察组前牙、前磨牙、磨牙牙石残留率均更低(P<0.05);观察组牙科恐惧量表评分、口腔健康影响程度量表评分均更低(P<0.05)。结论:牙周内窥镜辅助SRP治疗牙周炎效果确切。
Objective:To explore the efficacy and value of periodontal endoscopic assisted subgingival scaling and root planing(SRP)in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods:The sample screening from June 2023 to May 2024.A total of 62 patients with periodontitis admitted to our hospital during this period were included and sorted by odd and even numbers.The odd 31 cases were assigned to the control group for simple SRP treatment,and the even 31 cases were assigned to the observation group for periodontal endoscopic assisted SRP treatment.The periodontal indicators,residual rate of tartar,degree of fear,and oral health quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After 6 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the PLI,PD,CAL,and BOP in the observation group were all lower(P<0.05);The observation group had lower rates of residual calculus in the anterior teeth,premolars,and molars(P<0.05);The DAI score and OHIP-14 score in the observation group were both lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Periodontal endoscopy assisted SRP treatment for periodontitis is effective.
