摘要
目的:观察起立床联合肌肉神经电刺激仪对长期卧床老年患者下肢肌力的影响。方法:选取本院2021年5月~2023年5月因偏瘫需长期卧床的老年患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组各30例。对照组患者应用肌肉神经电刺激仪治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上应用起立床辅助训练治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果、下肢运动功能。结果:试验组治疗效果好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组Fugl-Meyer(FMA)各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:起立床联合肌肉神经电刺激仪治疗有利于改善长期卧床老年患者的下肢肌力,增强患者下肢运动功能,提高日常生活能力。
Objective:To observe the effect of standing up bed combined with muscle nerve electrical stimulator on lower limb muscle strength in elderly patients with long-term bedridden.Methods:60 elderly patients with hemiplegia who needed to stay in bed for a long time in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with muscle nerve electrical stimulator,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with stand up bed auxiliary training on the basis of the control group.The lower limb muscle strength grading and lower limb motor function of the two groups were observed.Results:The lower limb muscle strength grading of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of Fugl-Meyer(FMA)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of standing up bed combined with muscle nerve electrical stimulator is beneficial to improve the lower limb muscle strength of elderly patients with long-term bedridden,enhance the lower limb motor function of patients,and improve the ability of daily living.
