摘要
为探究钢箱梁与钢筋混凝土支撑组合成的混合式支撑的力学性能,文中通过加载试验探究钢箱梁支撑的力学性能,建立有限元模型将模拟结果与加载试验结果进行对比验证,推导出钢箱梁支撑轴力的计算公式;将混合式支撑在实际工程中进行应用,结果表明有限元模拟结果与加载试验结果平均误差率为3.8%,钢箱梁满足深大基坑实际应用要求;混合式支撑能够跟随工况实时反映支撑轴力的变形情况,且在支撑拆除后的回收利用中有着较大的优势。研究成果可为软土地区深基坑在支护系统的设计与监测提供参考。
To investigate the mechanical performance of a hybrid support system composed of steel box girders and reinforced concrete supports,this study conducts loading tests to evaluate the mechanical behavior of the steel box girder support.A finite element model is established and validated by comparing its results with those of the loading tests.A calculation formula for the axial force of the steel box girder support is then derived.Finally,the hybrid sup⁃port system is applied in a real engineering project.The results show that the average error between the finite ele⁃ment simulation and the loading test results is 3.8%,indicating that the steel box girder meets the practical require⁃ments for deep and large excavations.The hybrid support system can respond in real time to changes in axial force under different working conditions and offers significant advantages in terms of reuse after dismantling.The findings provide valuable guidance for the design and monitoring of support systems in deep excavations in soft soil regions.
