摘要
下横梁是锻造压机的关键零部件,要求具有足够的强度和刚度。在设计时,首先使用材料力学的方法将下横梁作为简支梁进行强度计算,初步确定下横梁的高度、宽度、上下面板及筋板厚度等结构基本参数,然后结合实际工况及现场制造和安装条件布置安装孔和内部筋板,设计下横梁具体结构(方案1)。建立下横梁有限元实体模型并施加锻造力、拉杆预紧力和立柱残余预紧力进行计算。求解后绘制下横梁的应力云图和变形云图,校核结构强度和刚度。因计算结果显示部分区域应力较大,需根据云图应力分布状况对下横梁设计进行优化。提出下横梁设计方案2,重新布置下横梁内部筋板并加厚拉杆螺母垫板厚度。再次对结构进行强度和刚度计算校核,结果满足设计要求且应力分布更加合理。
Bottom beam is a key component of forging press,which requires sufficient strength and rigidity.In the design,the strength of bottom beam is calculated as a simple supported beam by the method of material mechanics,and basic structural parameters such as the height,width,the thickness of upper and lower panels and rib-plates are initially determined.Then the installation holes and internal rib-plates are arranged according to the actual working conditions and on-site manufacturing and installation conditions,and the specific structure of the bottom beam is designed(scheme 1).The finite element solid model of the bottom beam is established and the forging force,rod preload and column residual preload are applied on to calculated.The stress nephogram and deformation nephogram of the bottom beam are drawn after the solution,and the strength and rigidity of the structure are checked.Because the calculation results show that the stress in some areas is large,it is necessary to optimize the design of the bottom beam according to the stress distribution of the nephogram.The bottom beam design scheme 2 is proposed.The inner rib-plates of the lower beam are rearranged and the thickness of the backing plates of the rod nuts is increased.The strength and rigidity of the structure are calculated and checked again,and the results meet the design requirements and the stress distribution is more reasonable.
