摘要
新质生产力作为推动高质量发展的关键力量,对城乡融合发展具有重大意义。从理论逻辑上看,新质生产力是城乡融合发展的内在动力;从历史逻辑上看,新质生产力赋能城乡融合发展是生产力发展的必然结果;从现实逻辑上看,新质生产力是解决城乡融合发展难题的现实需要。从新质生产力的构成要素出发,提出通过体制机制创新以推动城乡关系变革,依托产业升级来增长城乡发展潜力,借助数字经济发展来引导资源流动等实践进路,从而赋能城乡融合发展。
As a key driver of high-quality development,new quality productive forces are of great significance to integrated urban-rural development.Theoretically,new quality productive forces serve as the internal impetus for such integration.Historically,empowering integrated urban rural development with new quality productive forces is an inevitable outcome of the evolution of productive forces.Practically,new quality productive forces meet the real need to address challenges in urban-rural integration.Based on the components of new quality productive forces,this paper proposes practical pathways including promoting institutional innovation to transform urban-rural relations,supporting industrial upgrading to enhance urban-rural development potential,and leveraging digital economy development to guide resource flow,thereby empowering integrated urban-rural development.
