摘要
当常用治疗药物剂量超过极量,或误服某些非治疗性药物时,可能引起一系列躯体或精神症状,严重时甚至导致死亡。本文报道1例口服超剂量复方氨酚烷胺胶囊引起头晕、意识不清、恶心呕吐和心律失常的患者。
When the dosage of commonly used therapeutic drugs exceeds the maximum,or certain nontherapeutic drugs are ingested by mistake,it can cause a series of physical or mental symptoms,and in severe cases,it can lead to death.This paper reported a case of dizziness,confusion,nausea,vomiting and arrhythmia caused by oral overdose compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride capsules.
