镁合金专用熔剂研究进展与应用展望

Research Progress and Application Prospects of Specialized Flux for Magnesium Alloys

摘要 熔剂常用于粗镁及镁合金精炼、铸造等成形过程,通过造渣、助熔、阻燃、变质等效用形式提升铸造品质,是当前镁合金制造—服役—循环回收全寿命服役过程中重要的辅助材料,对合金品质影响巨大。对于不同合金成分及杂质的镁合金,不同成分熔剂的作用效果差异显著,因此熔剂作用机理的阐明与系统研究对镁合金品质提升、镁合金产品的开发与工业化应用具有重要意义。本文系统性总结了在粗镁精炼、镁合金熔铸等应用背景下熔剂各组分的效用与机理,阐述了专用熔剂在熔体除Fe、稀土合金化、含钙镁合金制备、合金化等方面的应用难点与举措。展望了在熔剂作用机理、应用品质管控、专用材料场景、回收循环利用以及标准化推广等方面的研究需求。 Fluxes are often used in forming processes such as refining and casting of crude magnesium and magnesium alloys,which can improve the casting quality through effects such as slag formation,fluxing,flame retardancy and modification.The fluxes are important raw materials in the entire life cycle process of manufacturing-service-circulation of magnesium alloy at present,and have a huge impact on the alloy quality.For magnesium alloys with different alloy compositions and impurity,the effects of fluxes with different compositions vary significantly.Therefore,the clarification and systematic investigation of the action mechanism of fluxes are of great significance for improving the quality of magnesium alloys,as well as the development and industrial application of magnesium alloy products.The effects and mechanisms of each component of fluxes in application backgrounds such as crude magnesium refining,magnesium alloy melting and casting were systematically summarized,and the application difficulties and measures of special fluxes in aspects such as Fe removal,rare earth alloying and calcium-containing magnesium alloys casting were elaborated.The research demands in aspects such as the mechanism of flux action,application quality control,special material scenarios,recycling and reuse,as well as the promotion of standardization were prospected.
