摘要
为贯彻落实教育部提出的“全面提高拔尖创新人才自主培养质量,不断增强实验教学育人能力”的目标,高校需要持续地对传统的实验教学体系进行调整,不断提高人才培养工作的针对性和有效性。文章以生物化学实验和细胞生物学实验为例,对国内外知名高校的体制机制、培养目标、课程设置、教学内容、授课方式、考核评价、质量保障、师资队伍建设、智慧教育和人工智能赋能的实验课程建设等进行了系统的对比和研究,以期以国内外先进的经验指导本土发展,为构建我国卓越实验教学体系提供理论和案例基础。
The Ministry of Education set the goals of“comprehensively enhancing the quality of independent cultivation of top-notch innovative talents and continuously strengthening the values education in experimental teaching”.To achieve the objectives,higher ed-ucation institutions must adjust traditional experimental teaching system and make the talent cultivation more targeted and more effec-tive.Taking biochemistry experiments and cell biology experiments as an example,the authors compared leading universities in China and globally renowned institutions in the following aspects:institutional mechanisms,talent cultivation objectives,curriculum design,teaching content,instructional methods,assessment framework,quality assurance,faculty development,smart education,and AI-em-powered experimental course development.This systematic study aims to guide local development with advanced experience at home and abroad and provide theoretical frameworks and empirical foundations for the construction of outstanding experimental teaching sys-tem in China.
