摘要 在煤矿智能化建设的背景下,为提升煤炭企业安全生产管理水平,文章基于顶层设计和集约化管理理念,设计了一种适用于煤炭企业的多级人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)视频监控体系。该体系采用云-边-端架构,构建了集团与矿井两层管理架构,通过合理分配计算资源,实现对煤矿井下人员行为、设备状态及环境因素的实时智能监控与预警。文章详细列举了预警型和处置型两类智能视频分析场景,并针对建设过程中可能遇到的分析模型泛化性低、AI视频分析报警与设备联动困难等难点问题,提出了相应的解决对策。研究成果有助于煤炭企业优化资源配置,降低建设成本,提高安全生产管理效率,为煤炭行业的智能化转型提供参考。 In the context of intelligent coal mine construction,aiming to enhance the safety production management level of coal enterprises,the paper designs a multi-level artificial intelligence(AI)video monitoring system for coal enterprises based on the concepts of top-level design and intensive management.The system adopts a cloud-edge-end architecture and constructs a two-tier management structure between the group and the mine.By reasonably allocating computing resources,it realizes real-time intelligent monitoring and early warning of personnel behavior,equipment status,and environmental factors underground.The paper provides a detailed list of two types of intelligent video analysis scenarios:early warning and on-site disposal,and proposes solutions to key challenges encountered during construction,such as low generalization ability of analysis models and difficulties in linking AI video analysis alarms with equipment.The research results help coal enterprises optimize resource allocation,reduce construction costs,improve safety production management efficiency,and provide references for the intelligent transformation of the coal industry.
