摘要
针对编织系统中编织效率低和变换效果差等问题,基于全成形反向添纱原理,利用电动导纱器技术实现反向添纱工艺;采用3D编织工艺和反向添纱技术将缝合部分实现自动连接,基于全成形反向添沙导纱器采用导纱器分布式控制策略,基于全新的独特导纱器控制策略,对同款两色反向添纱织物正面和背面进行编织测试。研究表明,通过采用独立运动的导纱器控制技术,每个导纱器可实现单独编程和控制,实时性好,易于实现高速、高精度控制,控制成本也大大降低,成品效率提升约25%,编织效率显著提升,且成形效果更优,真正意义上实现无缝编织。
In order to solve the problems of low kntting efficiency and poor conversion effect in knitting system,based on the principle of fully-fashioned reverse plating,electric yarn feeder technology was used to realize the reverse plating feeding process.3D kniting technology and reverse plating technology were used to realize automatic connection of the stitched parts.Based on the fully-fashioned reverse plating yarn feeder,the yarn nozzle distributed control strategy was adopted to conduct the kniting test on the front and back of the same twocolor reverse plating fabric with the new unique yarn nozzle control.The research shows that,by using the control technology of the yarn nozzle with independent movement,each yarn nozzle can be independently programed and controlled,with good real-time performance,easy to realize high-speed and high-precision control,and greatly reduces control cost.With good real-time performance,easy to realize high-speed and high-precision control,the control cost is also greatly reduced and the finished product efficiency is increased by about 25%,the knitting efficiency is significantly improved,and the molding effect is better.It's a truly seamless kniting.
