随着建筑行业信息化进程的推进,建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)和虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)技术的结合成为提升工程造价管理效率与精度的重要手段。BIM通过三维数字模型精准传递设计、施工、运维等各阶段的信息;VR技术能够提供沉浸式的虚拟体验,帮助项目团队更好地理解和优化施工方案。二者的结合不仅促进了建筑项目的可视化、协同化与智能化,还为成本控制、风险管理、设计变更等提供了创新的解决路径。深入分析“BIM+VR”技术在建筑工程造价管理中的具体应用,探讨其带来的优势,以期为建筑工程造价控制的数字化转型提供参考。
With the advancement of informationization in the construction industry,the combination of Building Information Modeling(BIM)and Virtual Reality(VR)technology has become an important means to improve the efficiency and accuracy of engineering cost management.BIM accurately conveys information from various stages such as design,construction,and operation through three-dimensional digital models;VR technology can provide immersive virtual experiences to help project teams better understand and optimize construction plans.The combi-nation of the two not only promotes the visualization,collaboration,and intelligence of construction projects,but also provides innovative solutions for cost control,risk management,and design changes,and more.This article will deeply analyze the specific application of“BIM+VR”technology in construction cost management and explore its advantages,in order to provide reference for the digital transformation of construction cost control.
