摘要
肿瘤是一类由遗传和环境等多因素共同导致的慢性疾病。免疫细胞在肿瘤疾病的调节过程中扮演重要角色。最新发现,固有淋巴细胞(ILCs)在肿瘤微环境中有重要调节作用。ILCs是主要位于黏膜和第一屏障器官的组织常驻免疫细胞,在防御病原体侵袭、淋巴发育和组织修复方面被广泛研究。近年来,关于ILCs在肿瘤免疫中的作用逐渐受到重视。ILCs各亚群细胞中ILC3s在肿瘤免疫方面的调节是最有争议的。因此,本文结合近年来关于ILC3s参与肿瘤免疫调节的相关研究,总结ILC3s在肿瘤免疫中的作用。
Cancer is a group of chronic diseases caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors.Immune cells play a vital role in the regulation of tumor diseases.Recently,innate lymphoid cells(ILCs)have been found to have an important regulatory role in the tumor microenvironment.ILCs are tissue resident immune cells located mainly in the mucosa and first barrier organs and have been extensively studied for defense against pathogenic invasion,lymphatic development and tissue repair.The role of ILCs in tumor immunity has received increasing attention in recent years.Among the various subpopulations of ILCs cells,the regulation of ILC3s in tumor immunity is the most controversial.Therefore,we summarized the role of ILC3s in tumor immunity by combining relevant studies on the involvement of ILC3s in tumor immune regulation in recent years.
