摘要
10-羟基-2-癸烯酸(E-10-hydroxy-2-decylenic acid,10-HDA)是工蜂上颚腺最主要的分泌物,也是蜂王浆的主要功能成分,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化和调节代谢等多种生理活性。文章在介绍10-HDA在蜜蜂体内分泌机制的基础上,阐述了10-HDA的生产方法,包括化学合成和生物合成的主要工艺研究;详细阐述了10-HDA在体内可直接通过血液循环进入肝脏,在肝脏细胞线粒体或内质网内被氧化分解为机体提供能量,最终转化为二羧酸,通过尿液排出的代谢途径;概述了10-HDA提高动物机体抗氧化能力和免疫能力、提高生长性能和产品质量等作用效果及可能的机制,并对10-HDA在养殖业中的应用前景和发展方向进行了展望。
E-10-hydroxy-2-decylenic acid(10-HDA)is the major substance found in the man⁃dibular gland of worker bees.It has various func⁃tions,such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,antioxidant activities and metabolic regulation.This paper begins with a summary of how 10-HDA is synthesized and then discusses different methods of 10-HDA production,includ⁃ing chemical and biosynthetic methods.Additionally, we investigated how 10-HDA is metabolized inside the body, where it is transported via portal blood tothe liver, enters the tricarboxylic acid cycle, is converted into dicarboxylic acids, and is ultimately excretedin urine. The article also focuses on the potential applications of 10-HDA in livestock industry, highlightingits immunomodulatory and antioxidant properties, as well as its ability to improve growth performance andproduct quality. Finally, we provide insights into the future development of 10-HDA. Overall, this reviewoffers a theoretical foundation for advancing the use of 10-HDA in animal agriculture.
