摘要
规模养殖业发展过程中产生大量有害气体,造成畜禽圈舍空气质量下降,严重影响畜禽生产性能和健康。降低畜禽舍有害气体产生及排放成为近年来的研究热点。植物及其提取物可以提高蛋白质等养分吸收,减少有害气体产生;抑菌杀菌,减少营养成分腐败降解;抑制产脲酶、尿酸酶等微生物的生长,抑制脲酶和尿酸酶活性,减少尿素分解,从而降低畜禽舍有害气体产生与释放,改善养殖环境。文章综述了植物及其提取物降低畜禽舍有害气体产生及排放的作用机理、在畜禽上的应用和影响其作用效果的因素,以期为发展绿色健康养殖业提供参考。
A large amount of harmful gases are produced in the development of large-scale breeding indus⁃try,resulting in a decline in the air quality of livestock and poultry houses,which seriously affects the pro⁃duction performance and health of livestock and poultry.Reducing the production and emission of harmful gases in livestock and poultry houses has become a research hotspot in recent years.Plants and their extracts can improve the absorption of nutrients such as protein and reduce the production of harmful gases;bacteriostatic sterilization,reduce the degradation of nutrients;inhibit the growth of urease,uricase and other microorganisms,inhibit urease and uricase activity,reduce urea decomposition,thereby reducing the production and release of harmful gases in livestock and poultry houses and improving the breeding environ⁃ment.This paper reviews the mechanism of plants and their extracts in reducing the production and emis⁃sion of harmful gases in livestock and poultry houses,the research on livestock and poultry and the factors affecting the effect,so as to provide reference for the development of green and healthy breeding industry.
