摘要
为研究黄腐酚等8种中药单体对奶牛乳房炎临床分离株的体外抗菌及抗溶血能力,采用试管二倍稀释法测定该8种中药单体的最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(minimal bactericidal concentration,MBC),测定中药单体在亚抑菌浓度下的抗溶血能力。结果表明:黄腐酚对临床分离株的抗菌效果最好,MIC为1~4μg/mL;其他依次是冬凌草甲素、乔松素、广藿香酮、桑色素、百里香酚,MIC为8~512μg/mL;而升麻苷、石吊兰素最小抑菌浓度均大于1 024μg/mL,但其抗溶血能力较好,MIC为16~64μg/mL。其中黄腐酚、冬凌草甲素、百里香酚、广藿香酮等可作为抑菌药物或抗细菌毒素药物。
To investigate the in vitro antibacterial and anti-hemolytic activities of eight herbal monomers,including xanthohumol, against clinical bovine mastitis isolates, the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC)and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) were determined using the broth microdilution method. Theanti-hemolytic activity of the monomers at sub-MIC concentrations was also measured. Xanthohumol wasfound to be the most potent antibacterial agent against the clinical isolates, with MICs of 1-4 μg/mL. Orido⁃nin, pinocembrin, pogostone, morin, and thymol exhibited MICs of 8-512 μg/mL. In contrast, cimiside andlysionotin showed MICs greater than 1 024 μg/mL, but moderate anti-hemolytic activity with effective con⁃centrations of 16-64 μg/mL. It is concluded that xanthohumol, oridonin, thymol and pogostone warrant fur⁃ther investigation as potential antibacterial or anti-bacterial toxin agents.
