摘要
医患关系是医疗活动中最重要且基础的关系之一,影响医疗质量和社会稳定。《论语》伦理视域下“仁、礼、信、和”对应医患沟通方式、诊疗规范、媒体引导及医患关系等易诱发医疗纠纷因素。本研究以山东省某三甲综合医院为例,基于医疗投诉及法院赔偿案例的实证分析,创新性地从传统文化维度构建医患关系治理框架,通过建立“仁、礼、信、和”的儒家伦理体系,以“仁”为本推进人文建设,以“礼”为纲完善制度规范,以“信”为旨呼吁媒体正确引导舆论,以“和”为贵构建纠纷多元化解机制。推动《论语》伦理思想融入现代医德教育,同时强化制度保障,筑牢医患互信的伦理纽带,以期为新时代构建和谐医患关系提供跨学科的理论框架和实践路径。
The relationship between medical practitioners and patients is one of the most basic and fundamental medical practices.It has an impact on medical quality and social stability.“Benevolence,rite,trust and harmony”from the Analects of Confucius refer to the way of communication,diagnosis and treatment guidelines,media report and the relationship between doctors and patients,which are the causes of medical disputes.This study takes a certain tertiary general hospital in Shandong Province as an example.Based on an empirical analysis of medical complaints and court compensation cases,this paper innovatively constructs a framework for the governance of doctor-patient relationships from the perspective of traditional culture,by establishing a Confucian ethical system of“benevolence,rite,trust and harmony”,taking benevolence as the foundation in humanistic construction,rite as the guiding principle in improvement of institutional norms,trust as the motif in objective publicity of media,and harmony as the priority to build a diversified dispute resolution mechanism.This study proposes to integrate the ethics of the Analects of Confucius into modern medical education and strengthen institutional building in ways that enhance the mutual respect between medical practitioners and patients.It aims to establish a multi-discipline,theoretical framework and pathway for harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
