摘要
目的:观察参附温阳强心方联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:选符合纳入标准的阳气亏虚、血瘀水停型患者66例,随机分为两组各33例。对照组予常规基础治疗联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片,治疗组在对照组基础上联合参附温阳强心方治疗,疗程为2周。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能分级(NYHA)变化疗效和明尼苏达心衰生活质量量表评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.91%,明显高于对照组的81.82%(P﹤0.05);治疗后,治疗组心功能分级疗效总有效率为93.94%,明显高于对照组的87.88%(P﹤0.05);两组患者明尼苏达心衰生活质量调查表评分均较治疗前下降(P﹤0.01),且治疗组评分明显低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:参附温阳强心方联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗阳气亏虚、血瘀水停型老年慢性心力衰竭疗效较好,能改善患者心功能及生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenfu Wenyang Qiangxin formula and sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets on elderly chronic heart failure.Methods:66 cases of eligible patients with elderly chronic heart failure with syndrome of deficiency of yang qi and blood stasis with water retention were selected and randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine basic therapy and sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with Shenfu Wenyang Qiangxin formula on the basis of control group,and the course of treatment was 2 weeks.Clinical efficacy,changes and efficacy of New York Heart Association Functional Classification(NYHA)before and after treatment and Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)score were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.91%,which was significantly higher than 81.82%of control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment:the total effective rate of efficacy on NYHA of treatment group was 93.94%,which was significantly higher than 87.88%of control group(P﹤0.05);the score of MLHFQ was decreased in both groups compared with pre-treatment(P﹤0.01),and the score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Shenfu Wenyang Qiangxin formula and sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets on elderly chronic heart failure with syndrome of deficiency of yang qi and blood stasis with water retention is better,which can improve the cardiac function and quality of life of patients.
