摘要
家蚕质型多角体病毒(Bombyx mori cytoplasmic polyhedrosis virus,BmCPV)是蚕业生产中的重要病原体,因其会系统性地危害家蚕(Bombyx mori)健康,并对蚕桑丝绸产业造成重大经济损失而备受关注。本病毒属于呼肠孤病毒科(Reoviridae),通过干扰宿主内中肠上皮细胞功能,导致家蚕发育停滞以及群体生产力显著下降。近年来,研究聚焦于BmCPV的分子生物学特性、致病机制及传播动力学,特别是在病毒基因组结构解析(包含10个双链RNA片段)、病毒粒子装配机制以及病毒宿主互作网络等方面取得重要进展。研究证实,BmCPV通过劫持宿主翻译系统、调控细胞凋亡通路和逃避先天免疫应答等多重策略建立持续性感染。本文综述了BmCPV研究的最新进展,以期为深入研究BmCPV的生物学特性和开发新型防控策略提供重要的理论参考。
Bombyx mori cytoplasmic polyhedrosis virus(BmCPV),a critical pathogen in sericulture,has drawn significant attention due to its systemic harm to Bombyx mori and the substantial economic losses it imposes on the sericulture silk industry.This virus belongs to the family Reoviridae and disrupts the functional integrity of the midgut epithelial cells of its host,leading to developmental arrest in silkworms and a significant decline in their productivity.In recent years,research has focused on the molecular biological characteristics of BmCPV,its pathogenic mechanisms,and its transmission dynamics.Notable advancements have been made in the structural analysis of the viral genome(comprising 10 double-stranded RNA segments),the assembly mechanism of viral particles,and the virus-host interaction network.Studies have confirmed that BmCPV establishes persistent infections through multiple strategies,including hijacking the host’s translation system,modulating apoptosis pathways,and evading innate immune responses.This review summarizes the latest progress in BmCPV research,aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for further investigations into its biological properties and the development of novel control strategies.
