装配式EPC项目承包商对BIM技术应用选择偏好研究:基于离散选择实验

Study on the Preference of Contractors in Prefabricated EPC Projects for BIM Technology Application:Based on Discrete Choice Experiments

摘要 探讨装配式EPC项目中承包商对BIM技术应用的意愿,为装配式EPC项目承包商如何更好地采用BIM技术提供有益的参考。通过离散选择实验框架,结合正交试验设计方法,确定装配式EPC项目的设计阶段、采购阶段、生产管理、施工阶段4个属性及其水平组合,生成9组正交平衡的选择集。采用问卷调查的方式进行数据收集,对得到的数据利用基于Cox比例风险模型参数估计的条件Logit回归分析进行统计分析。结果表明:在装配式EPC项目的设计阶段,承包商更愿意使用BIM技术进行水电气线路设计;在采购阶段,承包商更愿意使用BIM技术进行运输和物流管理;在施工阶段,承包商更愿意使用BIM技术进行施工进度管理。因此,承包商在装配式EPC项目的各阶段中,应针对需求制定相应的BIM技术应用策略。 This paper aims to explore the willingness of contractors to apply BIM technology in prefabricated EPC projects,and to provide useful references for how to better use BIM technology in such projects.Research was conducted on determining the four attributes of design stage,procurement stage,production management,and construction stage of prefabricated EPC projects based on discrete choice experiments,nine options are determined by the orthogonal test design.The data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed with conditional logit regression analysis based on parameter estimation of the Cox proportional risk model.The results show that during the design stage of the prefabricated EPC project,the contractor is more willing to use BIM technology for hydropower line design;during the procurement stage,the contractor is more willing to use BIM technology for transportation and logistics management;during the construction stage,the contractor is more willing to use BIM technology for construction progress management.Therefore,tailored BIM application strategies should be developed for each stage of prefabricated EPC projects based on specific needs.
