摘要
基于演化博弈理论,探讨业主激励机制下EPC装配式项目联合体的多主体协作策略优化路径,并引入系统动力学方法,模拟业主、设计方、生产商及施工方在协作中的策略动态调整过程。通过数值仿真,探讨了初始策略、业主补贴、数字化协同赋能系数和设计协同系数等关键参数对四方策略选择的影响。结果表明,适度的补贴和数字化协同赋能能够显著提升各方的合作意愿,促进项目的顺利实施。并提出了灵活的资金激励方案、加强数字化协同建设等对策建议,以推动EPC装配式项目的高效实施和可持续发展。
Based on the evolutionary game theory,a dynamic evolutionary game model for the selection of collaborative strategies of EPC prefabricated project consortiums under the incentive of the owner was constructed,and the evolution process of the collaborative strategy of the owner,the designer,the component manufacturer and the constractor in the project was analyzed by combining the system dynamics theory.Through numerical simulation,the influence of key parameters such as initial strategy,owner subsidy,digital collaboration coefficient and design synergy coefficient on the choice of quadripartite strategy wass discussed.The results show that appropriate subsidies and digital collaboration can significantly enhance the willingness of all parties to cooperate and promote the smooth implementation of the project.In addition,flexible financial incentive schemes and countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening digital collaborative construction are put forward to promote the efficient implementation and sustainable development of EPC prefabricated projects.
