摘要
干燥综合征是一种以淋巴细胞增殖及进行性外分泌腺体损伤为特征的自身免疫病,可出现多系统、多脏器受累。目前,关于中西医结合治疗的时机及具体方案尚无可遵循的临床诊疗指南。指南针对最终纳入的临床问题按照“人群(P)、干预(I)、对照(C)、结局(O)”原则检索证据。采用推荐意见分级的评估、制订及评价(grading of recommendations assessment,development and evaluation,GRADE)方法对证据进行分级和质量评价。基于证据等级,考虑疗效、安全性、经济性、患者可接受程度综合权衡后作出推荐强度,采用GRADE网格计票法进行计票,最终形成推荐意见。
Sjögren’s syndrome(SS)is an autoimmune disease characterized by lymphocyte proliferation and progressive exocrine gland damage.Currently,there are no clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines to follow regarding the timing and specific treatment plans for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment.In this guideline,evidence was retrieved for the clinically included issues in accordance with the principles of“population(P),intervention(I),control(C),and outcome(O)”.The grading of recommendations assessment,development and evaluation(GRADE)method was used to grade the evidence and evaluate its quality.Based on the evidence level,the strength of the recommendations was determined after comprehensively weighing the curative effect,safety,economy,and patient acceptability.The GRADE grid voting method was employed for voting,and finally,the recommended opinions were formulated.
