摘要
目的分析2005-2024年全球尘螨诱导的过敏性哮喘研究变化趋势,为厘清该研究领域研究热点、挖掘未来优先研究领域提供参考。方法基于科学引文索引数据库核心合集(Web of Science Core Collection,WOSCC)数据源,采用主题词检索2005-2024年发表的尘螨所致过敏性哮喘相关论著类英文文献。采用Scimago Graphica软件分析2005-2024年全球尘螨所致过敏性哮喘文献发文量变化,绘制不同国家研究热度以及国际合作网络的地理分布图,并绘制发文量最大的前25种期刊热图;采用VOS viewer软件绘制作者和机构合作网络图,关键词热图、关键词共现聚类图以及叠加时间因素的关键词共现聚类图;采用CiteSpace软件绘制关键词突现图。结果2005-2024年,WOSCC数据库中累计收录符合纳入和排除标准的4926篇尘螨所致过敏性哮喘文献,发文量总体上呈增长-平稳趋势,以2021年最高(323篇)、2005年最低(176篇)。文献作者来自全球101个国家和地区,其中美国发文量最高(1322篇),随后是中国(763篇)和英国(461篇);国家和地区合作网络分析发现,美国和中国是全球研究尘螨所致过敏性哮喘的最主要国家,欧洲、北美和东亚是全球研究热点区域,而拉丁美洲和非洲对该研究方向的热度较低;当前该领域已经构建了较强的国际间合作网络,美国、英国和德国在国际合作中具有一定优势。《Journal of Allergy and ClinicalImmunology》(329篇,6.68%)、《Clinical and Experimental Allergy》(234篇,4.75%)、《Allergy》(228篇,4.63%)为发文量居前3位期刊;Bart N Lambrecht(41篇)、Susanne Vrtala(41篇)、Rudolf Valenta(40篇)为发文量居前3位作者,Susanne Vrtala位居作者合作网络核心,维也纳医科大学位居机构合作网络中的核心。关键词分析发现,早期研究以流行病学调查为主、中期研究重点转向尘螨诱导的过敏性哮喘分子机制研究、近期研究聚焦于过敏性哮喘治疗方案优化。结论全球尘螨所致过敏性哮喘文献呈上升趋势,美国和中国是全球研究尘螨所致过敏性哮喘的最主要国家,欧洲、北美和东亚是全球研究热点区域,研究重点逐渐转向尘螨诱导的过敏性哮喘治疗方案优化。亟待建立跨国多中心研究网络与数据共享机制。
Objective To investigate the trends in global research on dust mites-induced allergic asthma from 2005 to 2024,so as to provide insights into deciphering the research hot topics and future research priorities.Methods English publications with a publication type of Research Article pertaining to dust mites-induced allergic asthma from 2005 to 2024 were retrieved from Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC)using mesh terms.The software Scimago Graphica was employed to analyze the annual global research output of dust mites-induced allergic asthma,plot the geographical distribution of research hot topics and international collaborative networks,and create the heatmap of the 25 most productive journals,and the software VOS viewer was used to create the author and institution collaborative networks,heatmaps of keywords and keywords co-occurrence clustering and time-overlapped co-occurrence clustering maps from 2005 to 2024.In addition,keywords burst maps were plotted using the software CiteSpace.Results A total of 4926 eligible publications pertaining to dust mites-induced allergic asthma were included in WOSCC from 2005 to 2024,and the annual global output appeared an overall tendency towards a rise followed by steady,with the largest output in 2021(323 publications)and the lowest in 2005(176 publications).All publications were authored from 101 countries and territories,with USA(1322 publications)as the most productive country,followed by China(763 publications)and UK(461 publications).USA and China led global research on dust mites-induced allergic asthma,with global research hot spots in Europe,North America and East Asia and a low topic heat in Latin America and Africa.A close international collaborative network has been established for global research on dust mites-induced allergic asthma,which was led by USA,UK and Germany.The top 3 most productive journals included Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology(329 publications,6.68%),Clinical and Experimental Allergy(234 publications,4.75%)and Allergy(228 publications,4.63%),and the top 3 most productive authors included Bart N Lambrecht(41 publications),Susanne Vrtala(41 publications)and Rudolf Valenta(40 publications).Susanne Vrtala was located in the author collaborative network,and the University of Vienna was located in the institutional collaborative network.Keywords analysis revealed that the global research on dust mites-induced allergic asthma focused on epidemiological surveys at early stage,molecular mechanisms underlying dust mites-induced allergic asthma at medium stage and optimization of treatment regimens for allergic asthma recently.Conclusions The global research output of dust mites-induced allergic asthma appeared an overall tendency towards a rise,and USA and China lead global research on dust mites-induced allergic asthma.Europe,North America and East Asia were hot spots for dust mitesinduced allergic asthma research,and the research priorities gradually moved to optimization of treatment regimens for allergic asthma.Establishment of a cross-country multicenter research network and data sharing mechanisms should be of urgent need.
