摘要
司法部正在建立與國際通行仲裁制度相適應的涉外仲裁人才培養體系,計劃分層次分類別組建涉外仲裁人才庫,逐步培養一批通曉國際規則、具有世界眼光和國際視野的涉外仲裁高端人才。2月16日至3月1日,來自中國内地的約80名學員,在香港特別行政區政府律政司下設的中国香港國際法律人才培訓學院,分兩批接受有關涉外仲裁的系統培訓。培訓由司法部公共法律服務管理局和香港特區政府律政司中国香港國際法律人才培訓學院主辦。
The Ministry of Justice(MOJ)is committed to establishing a system for the cultivation of foreign-related arbitration talents that is compatible with the international arbitration system.It plans to establish a foreign-related arbitration talent pool at different levels and by category,gradually cultivating a group of high-end talents in foreign-related arbitration who are familiar with international rules,and possess a global perspective and an international outlook.
