摘要
档案揭粘是档案修复工作中非常具有挑战性的一项操作,建立档案揭粘技术和效果评价指标体系不仅能助力档案揭粘技术的选择,还能规范揭粘操作步骤,为揭粘效果评价提供可量化的指标,实现档案修复工作质量与效率的协同提升。通过参考国家和行业标准、学术论文、揭粘实例等初步形成了档案揭粘技术和效果评价指标体系,两轮专家咨询以重要性、相关性和可测量性为评价标准而展开,同时基于专家评分的积极系数、权威程度和协调系数论证了评价体系的可信度,经过德尔菲法修正后,最终形成包括4项一级指标和13项二级指标在内的档案揭粘技术和效果评价指标体系。
Archive detaching is a very challenging operation in archive restoration.Establishing an evaluation index system for archive detaching techniques and effects can not only assist in the selection of archive detaching techniques but also standardize the detaching operations,provide quantifiable indicators for evaluating the detaching effects and achieve a coordinated improvement in the quality and efficiency of archival restoration.By referring to national and industry standards,academic papers,and archive detaching examples,an initial evaluation index system for archive detaching techniques and effects was formed.Two-round expert consultations were carried out,taking importance,relevance,and measurability as the evaluation criteria.The credibility of the evaluation system was verified through the calculation of the positive coefficient,authority degree,and coordination coefficient of expert scores.After being modified by the Delphi method,an evaluation index system including 4 first-level indicators and 13 second-level indicators was finally formed.
